Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 onions
- 300 g sausages (poultry sausages)
- 4 bell peppers, yellow
- 2 slice(s) bread(s) (rye bread)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 500 g tomatoes, chopped from the can
- 100 ml vegetable broth, made from 1/2 tsp instant broth
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the onions into rings, the sausages into slices, the bell peppers into strips, and the rye bread into cubes. Chop the parsley. Heat the oil in a pan, crush the garlic, and fry it along with the onion rings and the rye bread cubes. Add the sausage slices and bell pepper strips and season with salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika. Add the tomatoes and vegetable stock and let the sausage pan simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir the parsley and marjoram into the sausage pan and season again with salt, pepper, and paprika.
