Sausage Rolls

The perfect sausage rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 size Cooked potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Sausage scraps
  • 200 g Wild garlic fresh
  • 200 g Chives
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Semolina
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel the boiled potatoes and press them through the potato press.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes, wash, dry and chop the wild garlic and chives
  3. Cut the sausage into small cubes and add everything with the egg to the potatoes.
  4. Add flour, semolina, salt and pepper and mix everything into a smooth mass and shape into meatballs.
  5. Turn the meatballs in a little breadcrumbs and fry them in the hot clarified butter until golden.
  6. Now arrange the meatballs with a little tzatziki and a small salad on a plate ********** GOOD APPETIT **********
