Sausage Rolls

- 5 size Cooked potato
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 200 g Sausage scraps
- 200 g Wild garlic fresh
- 200 g Chives
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Semolina
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel the boiled potatoes and press them through the potato press.
- Peel the onion and garlic, cut into small cubes, wash, dry and chop the wild garlic and chives
- Cut the sausage into small cubes and add everything with the egg to the potatoes.
- Add flour, semolina, salt and pepper and mix everything into a smooth mass and shape into meatballs.
