Ingredients
 

Turkey rolls

  • 5 middle Turkey schnitzel
  • 100 g Tea sausage fine
  • 4 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Gherkins --- small pickles
  • 250 ml Chicken broth

sauce

  • 50 g Tea sausage
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions
 

Turkey rolls

  • Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and pound flat, brush with the tea sausage and mustard,
  • Peel the onion into cubes, chop the cucumber and distribute on the rolls, fix with toothpicks.
  • Now deglaze the whole thing with the chicken stock and let simmer for about 15 minutes, remove and keep warm.

sauce

  • Now stir in the sausage and mustard into the meat stock, stir everything until it is smooth, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar to taste.
  • If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little.
  • We ate potatoes and mixed vegetables with it .. Bon appetit; 🙂
