Turkey Rolls with Tea Sausage Filling

The perfect turkey rolls with tea sausage filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Turkey rolls

  • 5 middle Turkey schnitzel
  • 100 g Tea sausage fine
  • 4 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Gherkins — small pickles
  • 250 ml Chicken broth

sauce

  • 50 g Tea sausage
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar

Turkey rolls

  1. Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and pound flat, brush with the tea sausage and mustard,
  2. Peel the onion into cubes, chop the cucumber and distribute on the rolls, fix with toothpicks.
  3. Now deglaze the whole thing with the chicken stock and let simmer for about 15 minutes, remove and keep warm.

sauce

  1. Now stir in the sausage and mustard into the meat stock, stir everything until it is smooth, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar to taste.
  2. If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little.
