Turkey Rolls with Tea Sausage Filling
The perfect turkey rolls with tea sausage filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Turkey rolls
- 5 middle Turkey schnitzel
- 100 g Tea sausage fine
- 4 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 Onion
- 4 Gherkins — small pickles
- 250 ml Chicken broth

- 50 g Tea sausage
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
Turkey rolls
- Wash the turkey schnitzel, pat dry and pound flat, brush with the tea sausage and mustard,
- Peel the onion into cubes, chop the cucumber and distribute on the rolls, fix with toothpicks.
- Now deglaze the whole thing with the chicken stock and let simmer for about 15 minutes, remove and keep warm.
sauce
- Now stir in the sausage and mustard into the meat stock, stir everything until it is smooth, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar to taste.
- If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little.
