Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 2 medium-sized eggs, boiled
  • 100 g cheese in one piece
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 large gherkins
  • Salad herbs to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 spring onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simply

Cut the sausage and cheese into small, thin strips. Dice the cucumber, tomatoes, and eggs. Finely slice the spring onion. Mix everything with salt, pepper, vinegar, salad herbs, and the oil. Serve with wedges, fries, or simply a slice of bread.
