Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 650 g sausage (ham sausage)
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 gherkins
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Remove the skin from the ham sausage, then slice and then dice the sausage. Finely dice the apple, tomatoes, onions, and gherkins. Make a dressing with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, dill, chives, and parsley. Finely chop the egg, add it, and stir in. Then pour the dressing over the sausage salad and mix well. Let the salad marinate for about 60 minutes. Season to taste and add more vinegar, salt, and pepper if desired.
