Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g hunting sausage
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 jar of pickles, size as desired
- 2 onions
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 liters of vegetable broth or meat broth, if necessary also instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cut the sausage and vegetables into thin strips and fry in a large pot until the onions are translucent. Add tomato paste and sauté while stirring. Stir in the ketchup and pour in the broth. Season with paprika and salt. Simmer on low heat for at least 1 hour.
