Sausage with Red Cabbage, Fried Dumplings and Sauce
The perfect sausage with red cabbage, fried dumplings and sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Schwartenwurst (specialty from Eichsfeld / Duderstadt / Immingerode)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 250 g Red cabbage – rest / See my recipe: *)
- 3 Semi-Silk dumplings 300 g – rest / See my recipe: **)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Slowly fry the rind sausage in a small pan with oil (2 tbsp) on both sides until crispy and brown. Cut the dumplings into slices and fry on both sides in a pan with OIL (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp). Heat the red cabbage and sauce in the microwave. Halve the rind sausage, divide it on two plates with fried dumplings, red cabbage and sauce and serve.
