Take the test

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, 1 egg, and warm milk in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Melt the margarine, pour it over the dough, and knead well again. Cover with a cloth and let it rise until it has doubled in size. Knead the dough again and divide into 18 pieces. Form balls and let them rest for another 20 minutes. Roll out the dough balls lengthwise, place half a sausage on top, and roll them up. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix 1 egg with the oil, brush the pastry with it, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let it rest for another 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
