Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 480 ml milk
  • 6 slice(s) white bread, diced, toasted
  • 225 g Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

A hearty dish worth getting up early for. Served with fresh fruit, even the kids will enjoy it.

Fry the ground beef over medium heat until crumbly. Whisk together the mustard powder, salt, eggs, and milk and pour into the muffin cups. Add the ground beef, bread cubes, and cheese and stir. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the muffins for about 45-60 minutes.
