Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken
- 500 g broccoli
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 g cream cheese
- 2 large onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
First, line a springform pan with puff pastry and adjust to fill it. Then, dice the onion and garlic and place in a large bowl. Add the crème fraîche and cream cheese, mix well, and season with plenty of salt and pepper, just enough to make it not too salty. Add a moderate amount of nutmeg. Briefly boil the broccoli to pre-cook it, then add it to the mixture. Chop the chicken into small pieces, add it, and mix in the eggs, mixing well. Transfer to the springform pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, and fold the edges of the pastry over the cake if it’s too high. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) with conventional oven for about an hour.
