Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Make a pizza dough from flour, salt, yeast, lukewarm water, and oil and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Tip: If the dough is still too sticky, add more flour. Brown the ground beef with the finely chopped garlic and set aside. Now mix the barbecue sauce and tomato puree in a 1:1 ratio and spread it on the rolled out dough. Then arrange the following layers on the dough: first the ground beef, the red onion rings, corn, kidney beans, a thin layer of grated cheddar cheese, nachos, and more cheddar cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes.
