Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 500 g pumpkin flesh, grated
- 1 onion(s), cut into half rings
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 50 g ham, diced, raw
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 14 minutes
Prepare a yeast dough from the first 6 ingredients and let it rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. Grate the pumpkin. Slice the onion into rings. Roll out the dough. Spread with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Then spread the grated pumpkin on top. Distribute the nuts, diced ham, onion rings, and cheese on top. Season again generously. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F) top and bottom heat. Bake the pizza on the second rack from the bottom for about 13-14 minutes.
