Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g oat flakes, fine
- 15 g flour (wholemeal – spelt, wheat)
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tsp oil (walnut)
- 100 ml milk, also soy
- 150 g vegetables, of your choice
Instructions

with egg, but vegetarian
Mix the oatmeal with flour, egg, a little salt, and 1 teaspoon of walnut oil. Add the milk. Let the thin batter swell slightly (about 5-8 minutes). Heat the remaining teaspoon of frying oil in a pan and cook one side of the pancake for about 5 minutes. Preheat the oven (175°C), then place the pan in the oven and cook the pancake for about 10 minutes. Heat/fry the vegetables. Transfer the cooked pancake to a plate, divide the vegetables between one half, and fold the other half over the pancake. Without the vegetables, the pancake has about 320 kcal per piece.
