Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 onions, red
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 375 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g butter
  • 200 g Gouda, young
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the pancakes, mix the flour, salt, milk, and eggs in a mixing bowl with a mixer until smooth. Fry the batter in a pan with oil to the desired size. For the topping, heat the butter in a saucepan, dice the onions, and add them to the pan. While the onions are softening, dice the ham and add them to the pan. After about 5 minutes, add the sour cream and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Then you can add the crème fraîche. Finally, season the whole thing with salt and pepper. Grate the cheese. The pancakes can be spread with the sauce and sprinkled with cheese. Also perfect for a buffet or a hearty breakfast.
