Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g mashed potatoes (mashed potatoes) or potato and carrot mash
- 2 carrots, finely grated
- 150 g wheat flour type 405
- 1 egg(s), size M
- some salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
when there is leftover mashed potato
Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl with a mixer. In a non-stick waffle iron, add 3-4 tablespoons of batter to each waffle and bake for about 8 minutes until golden brown (on my waffle iron, this works best on the medium setting). Tip: A savory dip goes well with this. For example, mix yogurt or sour cream with salt, pepper, herbs, and garlic and serve with the waffles.
