Mexican Burger

The perfect mexican burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Can Mexican corn mix
  • 2 piece Hamburger buns
  • 1 head Salad
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 1 piece Feta cheese / Gouda
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • Little arsonist
  • Salt, pepper, chilli powder, chilli oil, breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
  1. Add egg and breadcrumbs and mix everything well
  1. Now form small meatballs out of the mince (4 pieces) and cut them out to the size of the hamburger bun (I used a glass bowl to help)
  1. Now fry the mince in a grill pan and briefly heat the rolls in the oven
  1. Cut the onion and tomato, wash the lettuce and pluck the leaves
  1. Brush the lower half of the bun with arsonist and start layering as you like.
  1. Finally, put cheese on top and the top half of the roll on top.
