Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pc. puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 slices cheese (Emmental or Gouda), cut into small pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes about 18 pieces

Unroll the puff pastry and spread a thin layer of crème fraîche. Dice the ham and arrange it on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Then unroll the roll along the narrow side. Using a sharp knife, cut approximately 2 cm wide slices. Place them on baking paper and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden brown. This delicious snack makes a great addition to a buffet, party, birthday, or evening on the sofa.
