Ingredients
- 1 piece Savoy cabbage
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Old Bun
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 toe Garlic fresh
- 0,5 piece Red pepper
- 100 g Feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Garlic mustard
- 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Sweet paprika powder
- Sea salt from the mill to taste
- Milled pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dismantle the sausage in the leaves, wash and remove the stalk. Bring about 3 liters of water to a boil in a large saucepan. Put the savoy cabbage leaves in the boiling water for 1 minute, remove, rinse immediately in a large bowl with cold water and drain in a sieve.
- Soak the rolls in water or milk and squeeze them out. Finely dice / chop the onion, garlic and paprika. Crumble the feta cheese. Mix everything together with the egg, mustard, tomato paste, paprika powder, salt and pepper and knead with the minced meat.
- Spread the pearling leaves on a baking mat and distribute the minced meat on top. Roll up as in the photo and place in a lightly oiled baking dish. Use an oil sprayer to spray some oil on the chopping roller. Bake / roast in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 - 60 minutes until golden brown.
Tip:
- If you use an oil sprayer, even when frying or searing meat in a pan, you need a lot less oil.
