Rocket with Mushrooms

The perfect rocket with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 5 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • 10 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut in half. Peel and halve the onions and cut into thin slices. Heat some oil in a large pan, fry the onions and mushrooms in it until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Clean and wash the rocket lettuce, shake dry and pluck it smaller. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  3. Arrange the rocket on plates, lightly salt and drizzle with oil and vinegar. Place the mushrooms, onions and tomatoes on top. if you like, you can slice some cheese over it. Serve the salad immediately.
