Savoy Cabbage Roll or White Cabbage Roll

  • 1 kg Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Egg

  • 1 head Steamed savoy cabbage
  • For the sauce
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • Sauce binder dark
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • Sea salt from the mill


  • Steam the savoy cabbage, season the minced meat with onions, salt, pepper and egg and mix it in.
