Savoy cabbage pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper, green, freshly ground
  • 700 g savoy cabbage
  • 250 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • 1 jar capers
  • 4 sprigs of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Trim, wash, and slice the savoy cabbage. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage and stir-fry for another 4 minutes. Add all the spices and soy cream and bring to a boil. Add the capers and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste. Wash and tear the parsley at the end. Sprinkle it over the dish just before serving.
