Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg savoy cabbage
- 6 carrots
- 2 apples
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 tsp mustard
- 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions

Remove the outer leaves from the savoy cabbage, quarter it, remove the stalk, and slice it into thin strips, or better yet, grate it. Peel the carrots and apples, core the apples, and slice or grate everything into sticks. For the dressing, combine the yogurt with the sour cream, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. In a bowl, mix the savoy cabbage and dressing thoroughly. Let the salad stand for a moment and then season to taste.
