Savoy cabbage stew

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g savoy cabbage
  • 500 g swede(s)
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1,200 ml vegetable broth
  • 4 sausages, raw
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the cabbage. Peel and dice the turnips and carrots. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the turnips, carrots, and savoy cabbage for 1-2 minutes, then add the broth. Simmer the stew for about 25 minutes. Squeeze the sausage meat out of the skin, form into balls, and let it simmer in the stew for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
