Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g bacon (smoked bacon)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 600 g white cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 60 g tomatoes, dried
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 50 ml broth
  • some cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly paprika powder

Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan, stir in the minced meat and fry. Add plenty of salt and pepper. Cut the cabbage into strips, dice the onions, and finely chop the parsley. Briefly soak the tomatoes in hot water and peel them. Then add everything to a large pot along with the minced meat and bacon mixture, sprinkle with caraway seeds. Add the broth and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat. This is delicious with potatoes. If you like, you can also add a little paprika.
