Savoy cabbage with Cabanossi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of savoy cabbage
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp caraway powder
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 2 large Cabanossi

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onions and sauté them with the margarine. Meanwhile, finely chop the savoy cabbage and stir it in, then sauté briefly. Add ground caraway seeds to taste and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes. During this time, thinly slice the Cabanossi. Add these to the savoy cabbage and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
