Savoy Chopping Pan
The perfect savoy chopping pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 half Head of savoy cabbage
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Mixed minced meat
- 100 g Smoked bundle of pork belly)
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Caraway seeds
- Clean and wash the sausage, remove the stalk and cut into strips
- Dice paprika and onion
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the minced meat with the bacon
- Now add the savoy cabbage, onion and bell pepper
- approx. Steam for 5 minutes and then deglaze with cream and vegetable stock
- Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and cook for approx. 15 minutes with the lid closed
