Saxon Garlic Bread

The perfect saxon garlic bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Ciabatta rolls
  • 2 Pc. Herb butter
  • 1 cups Aioli
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 3 Toes Garlic 125
  • 125 g Sheep cheese
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Chop the tomatoes and spring onions and press the garlic. Mix the ingredients together and season with olive oil and pepper.
  2. Cut the ciabatta rolls and brush with herb butter. Heat the rolls in a pan without fat until the herb butter has melted, then turn them over and toast them briefly on the butter side.
  3. Arrange the rolls on a plate and brush with aioli, sprinkle with tomato salad and finely chopped sheep’s cheese.
  4. The garlic bread is easy to prepare and is also suitable for grilling. Just the thing for hot summer days!
