Saxon Garlic Bread

- 2 Pc. Ciabatta rolls
- 2 Pc. Herb butter
- 1 cups Aioli
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 3 Toes Garlic 125
- 125 g Sheep cheese
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Chop the tomatoes and spring onions and press the garlic. Mix the ingredients together and season with olive oil and pepper.
- Cut the ciabatta rolls and brush with herb butter. Heat the rolls in a pan without fat until the herb butter has melted, then turn them over and toast them briefly on the butter side.
- Arrange the rolls on a plate and brush with aioli, sprinkle with tomato salad and finely chopped sheep’s cheese.
- The garlic bread is easy to prepare and is also suitable for grilling. Just the thing for hot summer days!
