Fresh Apple Pie

The perfect fresh apple pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 g Butter
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 250 Milliliters Milk
  • 2 medium sized Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 5 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Cinnamon & sugar
  • 2 size Apples
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Make a smooth dough from the first 9 ingredients. If it is too dry, simply add more milk. Grease the baking sheet well and distribute the batter evenly on it. Peel, wash and slice the apples. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and dip the apple slices well on both sides. Now sort the apples into the batter and press them lightly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees top / bottom heat in the middle for about 25-30 minutes until the desired tan is achieved and then let it cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar or sweet snow. I use a baking tray size of approx .: 42 cm length 29 cm width 5 cm height
