Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 12 shrimp(s), shelled, deveined
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 dash of cream
- 2 tsp pesto (basil)
- 1 handful of fresh leaf spinach
- some Parmesan
- 250g pasta
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Prawns in a spicy spinach cream sauce with pasta
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Briefly fry the prawns on both sides in a pan with a little oil, remove from the pan, and set aside. Sauté the onion in the same pan, then add the garlic with a dash of cream and simmer slightly. Stir in the pesto and Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the washed spinach leaves and the prawns and simmer briefly for just a few seconds. Toss the pasta in the sauce and serve immediately on warmed plates.
