  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 spring onion(s), cut into thin rings
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped

  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 50 ml broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

in creamy sauce with herbs

Thaw the scampi, then peel them. Heat olive oil and fry the scampi for about 2 minutes on each side. Then season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Now add the garlic and spring onion rings to the drippings and fry until translucent. Deglaze with the stock and stir in the sour cream. Season again with salt and pepper. Return the scampi to the sauce and stir in the chopped parsley. I like to serve it with a salad and a sesame ring.
