Baked fish fillet à la Inge

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets of your choice
  • 500 g apples, sour
  • 500 g vegetable onions
  • 600 g crème fraîche
  • 5 tbsp curry powder, hot (more if needed)
  • Salt or herbal salt
  • some sugar
  • lemon juice
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

my developed recipe

Wash the fish fillets and pat dry. Drizzle with lemon juice and let stand for a while. Meanwhile, peel, quarter, core, and coarsely slice the apples. Peel, halve, and thinly slice the onions. Sprinkle the fish with salt and place in a greased baking dish. Arrange the apple slices on top, then arrange the onion rings on top. Season the crème fraîche with the spices to taste and spread everything over the onion layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 30-40 minutes. Serve immediately.
