Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g wheat (Ebly)
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), diced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 5 spring onions, in rings
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
Instructions

Cook the Ebly in boiling vegetable broth in a pot until the water is absorbed. Brown the chicken breast fillet cubes in heated oil, add the diced bell peppers and crushed garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
