Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g wheat (Ebly)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 5 spring onions, in rings
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the Ebly in boiling vegetable broth in a pot until the water is absorbed. Brown the chicken breast fillet cubes in heated oil, add the diced bell peppers and crushed garlic, and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the spring onion rings and cooked Ebly, heat through, finish with crème fraîche, and season with the spices. Protein 39.4g, Carbohydrate 51g, Fat 10g, LowFat30: 19%
