Ingredients

- 2 size Sliced onions into rings
- 300 g Tomato slices
- 100 g Black olive rings
- 1 bunch Basil, cut into strips
- 200 g Mayonnaise from the jar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: 200 ° C top and bottom heat / 180 ° C circulating air
- Grease the baking dish.
- Season turkey schnitzel with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and place in the baking dish
- Spread the onion rings on top. Then put the tomato slices over the onion rings and then the olive rings.
- Now smear Mayo on it (I had Mayo out of the bottle and was able to bring it to the spot with it, because I think that will be a thing of the past ... that can take the last nerve ...)
- Put the whole thing in the hot oven and bake for about 45 minutes. After baking - before serving - sprinkle with the basil.

- The mayo turns brown relatively quickly when baked. I then put a piece of aluminum foil over it. My idea for the next time is to sprinkle thinly grated cheese over the mayo.
