- 2 Cutlet
- 1 pole Leek
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 0,5 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Water
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
and if you want
- 100 gr Grated cheese
- Wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Cut the boiled ham into cubes. Fry the leek in a pan. After about 5 minutes add the boiled ham and fry with it. Deglaze everything with water and cream and bring to the boil.
- Add the creme fraiche and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vegetable stock and paprika. Bring everything to the boil again briefly.
- Wash the schnitzel, pat dry, pat if necessary and place next to each other in a baking dish. Cover with the leek cream mixture and grated cheese and bake everything at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
