Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large broccoli
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 thin schnitzels
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt and pepper, coarse

Divide the broccoli into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Wash the lemon and slice it. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the meat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Fry the lemon slices in the frying fat. Deglaze with 400 ml of water and stir in the stock. Blend the cornstarch with a little water until smooth, add, and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar.
