Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 schnitzels (turkey, chicken or pork schnitzel)
- 4 slices of Parma ham
- Flour
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 150 g Parmesan, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the schnitzels, pat them dry, and pound them well. Season with pepper and salt and coat in flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Place the schnitzels in a baking dish and place a slice of Parma ham on each one. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with croquettes or spaghetti and tomato salad.
