Ham Noodles special

The perfect ham noodles special recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta of your choice
  • Salt water
  • 200 g Boiled ham, diced
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 125 g Peas, frozen
  • 1 Can Pineapple in pieces
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 200 g Cream for cooking
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Drain the pineapple, catching the juice.
  3. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onion. Melt butter in a pan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent, dust with flour and deglaze with 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice and cream to boil. Add vegetable stock powder and bring to the boil. Add the frozen peas and simmer with the lid on for about 5-8 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta, drain and add to the sauce. Add the pineapple, season with salt and pepper, mix everything well.
  5. Divide the ham noodles on plates and serve.
  6. Mixed lettuce tastes good with it.
