Ham Noodles special
The perfect ham noodles special recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Pasta of your choice
- Salt water
- 200 g Boiled ham, diced
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 125 g Peas, frozen
- 1 Can Pineapple in pieces
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 200 g Cream for cooking
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Drain the pineapple, catching the juice.
- In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onion. Melt butter in a pan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent, dust with flour and deglaze with 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice and cream to boil. Add vegetable stock powder and bring to the boil. Add the frozen peas and simmer with the lid on for about 5-8 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, drain and add to the sauce. Add the pineapple, season with salt and pepper, mix everything well.
- Divide the ham noodles on plates and serve.
- Mixed lettuce tastes good with it.
