Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 schnitzels
- 1 large onion(s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- 50 ml cream
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 2 slices of bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Season the schnitzels with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them in a baking dish. Top with the sliced onions and mushrooms. Then, mix the cream, ketchup, and vegetable broth with the seasoning and pour over the schnitzels. Finally, place the bacon slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes.
