Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 schnitzels
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Season the schnitzels with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them in a baking dish. Top with the sliced ​​onions and mushrooms. Then, mix the cream, ketchup, and vegetable broth with the seasoning and pour over the schnitzels. Finally, place the bacon slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes.
