Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pork schnitzel
- 1 large onion(s)
- 150 g mushrooms, white
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Mustard, hot
- e.g. water or milk
- 150 g spaetzle

Peel, halve, and slice the onions. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Cut the schnitzel into strips and fry in hot oil in a pan. Add the onion and mushrooms and fry. Stir in the liquid and bring to a boil. Add the spaetzle, cover, and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes, until tender. Stir occasionally. Pour in the sweet cream and heat through. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and mustard.
