Spaghetti with shrimp

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g shrimp(s), marinated (herbs de Provence and garlic, frozen)
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan (if desired)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Thaw the marinated shrimp. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and chop them finely, dice the garlic, and chop the parsley. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Sauté the marinated shrimp in a little oil. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and parsley and sauté briefly. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the remaining oil, heat briefly, and toss with the spaghetti. If desired, serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
