  • 1 Carrot
  • 6 Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • Garlic pepper
  • Coarse salt
  • Dried oregano and marjoram
  • 1 Rosemary sprig
  • 1 tsp Plant cream
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat and dry it well ... Now rub the oregano and marjoram on it ... season with garlic pepper and salt and knock the spices firmly into the meat. Peel the vegetables and onions and chop them roughly Fry the meat vigorously on all sides in a little vegetable cream and brown the coarsely diced vegetables ...
