Schnitzel Roast in Mustard Sauce

- 700 g Roast pork – schnitzel meat
- 1 Carrot
- 6 Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- Garlic pepper
- Coarse salt
- Dried oregano and marjoram
- 1 Rosemary sprig
- 1 teaspoon Plant cream
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard seeds
- 2 tablespoon Mustard medium hot
