Schnitzel Rolls, As Always, Hearty

The perfect schnitzel rolls, as always, hearty recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Tagliatelle
  • 2 disc Emmental
  • 2 disc Smoked pork belly
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes canned
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2 piece Onion
  • Vegetable broth
  • 0,25 liter White wine dry
  • 2 piece Shell schnitzel
  1. Put a saucepan with hot water and cook the pasta.
  2. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a slice of pork belly and a slice of Emmental cheese on top and shape into a roulade. Secure with a toothpick or a needle.
  4. Fry slowly in a pan with oil so that the inside is well done.
  5. Remove the meat from the pan. Deglaze the gravy in the pan with a little white wine, then add the broth.
  6. Mix everything well, then stir in the pizza tomatoes.
  7. Season again with paprika, salt and pepper, and finally stir in the creme fraich vigorously.
  8. Arrange with the pasta on plates.
