Ingredients
- 1 packet Tagliatelle
- 2 disc Emmental
- 2 disc Smoked pork belly
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes canned
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- Sweet paprika
- 2 piece Onion
- Vegetable broth
- 0,25 liter White wine dry
- 2 piece Shell schnitzel
Instructions
- Put a saucepan with hot water and cook the pasta.
- Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of pork belly and a slice of Emmental cheese on top and shape into a roulade. Secure with a toothpick or a needle.
- Fry slowly in a pan with oil so that the inside is well done.
- Remove the meat from the pan. Deglaze the gravy in the pan with a little white wine, then add the broth.
- Mix everything well, then stir in the pizza tomatoes.
- Season again with paprika, salt and pepper, and finally stir in the creme fraich vigorously.
- Arrange with the pasta on plates.
