Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Tagliatelle
  • 2 disc Emmental
  • 2 disc Smoked pork belly
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes canned
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2 piece Onion
  • Vegetable broth
  • 0,25 liter White wine dry
  • 2 piece Shell schnitzel

Instructions
 

  • Put a saucepan with hot water and cook the pasta.
  • Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a slice of pork belly and a slice of Emmental cheese on top and shape into a roulade. Secure with a toothpick or a needle.
  • Fry slowly in a pan with oil so that the inside is well done.
  • Remove the meat from the pan. Deglaze the gravy in the pan with a little white wine, then add the broth.
  • Mix everything well, then stir in the pizza tomatoes.
  • Season again with paprika, salt and pepper, and finally stir in the creme fraich vigorously.
  • Arrange with the pasta on plates.
