Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 10 pork schnitzels
- 500 g cheese (ger. Emmental)
- 2 ½ cups of yogurt
- 2 ½ cups sour cream
- 1 tbsp broth, granulated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the schnitzel well, place it in a greased dish, sprinkle with cheese, mix the yogurt, sour cream, and granulated broth, and pour over the schnitzel. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes. Cover slightly for the first 20 minutes.
