Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g butter
- 100 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine flour with 200g of the sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and oil. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 10-15 minutes. Melt the butter with the remaining 100g of sugar and add the desiccated coconut. Pour the mixture onto the dough and bake for another 10 minutes.
