Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 turkey, pork or chicken schnitzels
- Clarified butter
- salt and pepper
- Flour
- 1 egg(s)
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp creamed horseradish (from a tube)
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp oil
- 125 ml water
- 1 iceberg lettuce, green salad or leaf lettuce
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 5 tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with a fine marinade
Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and cut into strips, bread them, and fry in hot clarified butter. Wash and clean the vegetables and prepare a mixed salad. For the marinade, place everything in a screw-top jar and shake well. Pour the marinade over the mixed salad, top with a few onion rings and the schnitzel strips, and serve. The salad can be expanded to your liking, e.g., with corn, red beans, etc.
