Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g sugar, brown (raw sugar)
  • 85 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very chocolatey

Melt the chocolate and butter together. Beat the eggs with the raw sugar until frothy. Let the sugar cool slightly and then fold the chocolate-butter mixture into the foam mixture, alternating with the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a small baking dish lined with baking paper and bake at 160°C for 30-35 minutes.
