Ingredients for 2 servings:
- some mushrooms
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 75 ml milk or cream
- some salt and pepper
- 2 breaded schnitzels
- n. B. Sauce thickener
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the onion and bell pepper and fry in a pan, then add the mushrooms. Add the breaded schnitzel and fry with the other ingredients until golden brown. When the schnitzel is cooked through, remove it from the pan. Add milk or cream and thicken with a little thickener. Bring to a boil briefly and serve with the schnitzel.
