- 800 g potatoes, cooked (weighed raw)
- 2 onions
- 1 can beans (princess or broad beans)
- 4 Cabanossi
- some savory
- salt and pepper
- oil

Slice the potatoes and fry in a large pan over medium heat until golden brown. Then add the onion wedges and fry. Add the sliced Cabanossi and the beans and season with pepper, salt, and savory. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until well-heated, stirring occasionally. Serve rustically in the pan.
