Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes, floury
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Let them cool slightly, peel them, and press them through a potato ricer. Add the egg yolk and flour. Season with salt and nutmeg. Mix everything into a dough. Make a test dough and boil it in boiling water to see if it holds up. Add a little more flour if necessary. On a floured surface, roll out the dough with your hands, cut into pieces, and roll them into dumplings. Cook in boiling salted water. Drain, fry in a pan with butter, and serve as a side dish or as a standalone stir-fry with vegetables. Enjoy!
