Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 100 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian

Sauté the potato dumplings with the onion. Add the spinach, garlic, and olive oil. Finely chop the feta cheese and fold it in. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them. Serve with basil.
